Return Policy

 

Thanks for purchasing from Retro Rhino.  We are excited that you have joined our retro streetwear revolution! It is our goal that you love your purchase and rock our clothes with Retro Rhino style and attitude. In the unlikely event you purchase an item you are not satisfied with, or doesn’t fit, we offer store credit or exchanges.  Store credit expires within 12 months and can be used on any item online.  We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect fitting. All purchases will be exchanged or returned by post.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in otherwise unused condition, with all original labels and tags attached.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you purchase an item from Retro Rhino that has a manufacturing fault, you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement.  Please contact our Retro Rhino staff at sales@retrorhino.com.au before sending your item back so we can help resolve the issue. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@retrorhino.com.au.

 

EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange an item, please contact our friendly staff at sales@retrorhino.com.au.  You will need to pay the postage back to our Retro Rhino Headquarters and we will send you your new item at no cost to you.  Send your parcel to Retro Rhino, 9 Jingella Place, Devonport, Tasmania, 7310.

Here at Retro Rhino, we recommend sending your item back using a trackable delivery device as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit and we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  If your requested return item is unavailable from our warehouse, you will be issued store credit to use in our online store.
